Summer Wrap Up

We have had such a great summer. We celebrated Oliver's first birthday, he has started walking & continues to get into everything now he is just faster. LOL. Gretta celebrated her 4th birthday! She started Pre-K and is doing great.
We got to celebrate the 4th with all of our family which was a huge hit. Possibly a tradition we would like to continue. :) Elijah had a torn meniscus repaired so we had a couple of summer favorites that we didn't get to do State Fair & Darke County Fair, which was kind of a bummer. But he is on the mend now and we are looking forward to some fun this fall. I walked the Indianapolis 500 Half Marathon with my sister, and am so proud of her for doing it. Then I ran the Indy Women's Half Marathon on Sept. 1st. It felt good being back in the running groove after taking most the summer off from training for something.
We are all happy & healthy and can't wait for the fun that this fall brings with preschool, gymnastics, new adventures and much much more!
